Prom Information

"A Red Carpet Affair" 

Prom is this Saturday, May 1st!

5:00 Pictures in Finnegan Park

6:00-7:30  Banquet Dinner at Assumption Arena (Must present purchased ticket)

8:00  Grand March @ CMS Gymnasium

9:00-12:00  Dance @ CMS Gymnasium

12:00-?  Post-Prom @ CMS Gymnasium hosted by parents

Important information regarding prom: All students will check in at the South doors of the Gym near the elementary music room. Bring your bag with a change of clothes for post prom when you check in.

Parents will enter through the East doors.

Sophomore Servers - Please be at the Assumption Arena at 5:15.

188 schools of all classifications participated in the state convention.  For the first time Ag Sales, Ag Demo, & Extemporaneous speaking qualified to complete. Our students did outstanding!

'It's A Big Deal Day!' Wednesday, April 7th

Wednesday, April 7th is the annual, 'It's A Big Deal Day!', a day centered around the state required ACT test for all juniors.  Sophomores will be taking a practice ACT test, freshman will take annual NWEA/MAP tests all while seniors are hosted in the Auditorium where community guest speakers will discuss transitional topics for life after high school.


Special Notes:

  • Students need to be on time for school!
  • Lunch will be served later than normal (morning snacks will be provided)
  • Dismissal will be earlier in the afternoon for grades 9-12
  • 11th grade 'At-Home Learners' are required to attend for the state ACT test
  • Students can view room assignments from any teacher
