Congratulations to students in Mrs. Noble's Personal Finance Class!!!!
The Nebraska Personal Finance Challenge is a virtual competition that tests students’ knowledge against others across the state. Chadron registered 8 teams of 4 students per team for the challenge. Students competed with others across the state, testing their personal finance knowledge based on national standards set by the Council for Economic Education.
The competition took place November 16, and concluded December 4 and consisted of more than 185 teams. A cash prize for the top 3 teams in the state was awarded by the Nebraska Economics Council! The Chadron team that placed 3rd was composed of Garrett Reece, Jarek Anderson, Kayley Galbraith and Elizabeth Harrison. Congratulations and Good Job!
1st Place Team: $30 per student - Hay Springs High School
2nd Place Team: $20 per student - Norris High School
3rd Place Team: $10 per student - Chadron High School
