Cardinal Counseling's 5 Bullet Friday for Nov. 15th

WELCOME TO 5 BULLET FRIDAY! The Chadron High School Cardinal Counseling Department is excited to share our 5 Bullet Friday Newsletter for the 2019-20 school year!  Each week we will be providing readers with five facts, tips or tricks to help make the school year a success academically, emotionally, and socially!  If you do not wish to receive this email feel free to UNSUBSCRIBE using the button located at the bottom of this email. 1. RBLI and RHOP Scholarships FAST APPROACHING! Are you interested in majoring in either business or health professions?  The RBLI  (Rural Business Leadership Initiative) and RHOP (Rural Health Opportunities Program) are four year, full tuition scholarship programs for CSC business and health professions students.  The RBLI has option areas in Accounting, Agribusiness, and Finance and an interest in working in the High Plains region.  The RHOP scholarship has option areas in laboratory sciences, nursing, dentistry, medicine, dental hygiene, pharmacy, physical therapy, and radiography.  Students interested in these opportunities can stop by the school counseling office for MORE information!  The RHOP scholarship is due on December 1st and Rural Business Scholarship due Dec. 15th!   2. Spring Schedule Changes CLOSING SOON! Do you need to change a class for the Spring semester?  Classes are ALMOST FULL.  This means that changes need to be in place by Thanksgiving break (last day to change is November 26th) and no changes will be allowed second semester unless by teacher request.  See Mrs.Watson in the next few weeks if needed, deadlines and schedules will be final!   4. Joining the Booster Club Has BENEFITS! Did you know that EVERY YEAR the Chadron Booster Club gives out amazing scholarships to our Chadron High School seniors?!  BUT in order for your child to be in the running for this scholarship you must be a member.  Join now and support a great cause!
